(1) Reinforcing Jig Platforms, with movable jigs, are used for the precise assembly of cages made from reinforcing steel

(2) Electrical conduit and junction boxes are fastened to the steel reinforcing cages for casting into the concrete

(3) Completed cages of reinforcing steel are transported to a prepared Module Casting Mold

(4) A Module Casting Mold is prepared for casting by placement of window, door, and wall, block-outs and bulkheads

(5) A Placer/Finisher that can move in any direction, places concrete evenly into a Module Casting Mold at a rate of one cubic meter per minute

(6) After pouring, the castings are cured with steam heat

(7) A Gantry Crane removes the cured castings from the Module Casting Molds and places them in the finishing area for inspection, painting, door/window installation, and finish electrical work

(8) The completed castings are moved by special transport trailers to the job site, where a heavy lift crane sets them into place
