The ASI Building System has been developed and used over the past 30 years to provide housing units that are high in quality, reduce construction costs, and shorten the time required for construction and completion of multiple housing units. ASI builds factories on-site to mass-produce low and high-rise houses, apartments, flats, and hotels. The exterior and interior rooms, walls, floors, and ceilings are cast at the factory site as one monolithic unit. The unit is finished and painted, with electrical, plumbing, windows, and doors installed on the assembly line in the factory. The housing unit is then transported to the building site on specially designed trailers and hoisted into place with a heavy lifting crane. At this point the housing unit is 90% complete. In addition to the advantages of speed and quality, the finished house or apartment is resistant to fire, vermin, storm, and earthquake.
An ASI factory will be assembled near the northwest corner of the Eko Akete Site and will be capable of producing 2 to 3 complete apartment flats per day.
