Hotel

A 500-room conference hotel is planned for the southern end of the Eko Akete Estate.  This location near the beach provides an ideal site for the hotel and an adjacent 18-hole golf course.  The hotel guest-rooms will include 100 cottage units located convenient to the main structure of the hotel.  The cottage units will be oriented toward the back and will be equipped with their own kitchens.  Specific attributes of the set, including location, accessibility, security, ingress/egress, high visibility, and environment are all considered conducive for a first-class conference hotel.  An independent market study will be conducted by Pannell Kerr Forster (PKF) Consulting that will recommend the size and type of hotel project that appears best suited to the site and market.  PKF Consulting is well known as a hospitality consultant worldwide.
