The Sales Center

Inside the entrance to the Eko Akete Estate is a Sales Center to market the housing units and to facilitate pre-sales.  The Sales Center needs to present the best possible impression of the Estate and the housing units and to avoid conflicts with construction activities.  The Sales Center should be highly visible from the entrance and have adequate guest parking.  Model units will be located in close walking proximity for prospective purchasers to view.  Adjacent to the sales office is the appliance and products showroom to allow future residents to select cabinets, carpeting, and other up-grade amenities as desired.  The Sales Center will be integrated with the project's web site that contains model information and features updated construction progress reports.  Each housing unit will be wired for connection to the Internet.  New resident households can then be kept informed about Estate community affairs and can also communicate directly with Estate management.
