Housing Unit Design

Seven Housing unit options will be offered to prospective buyers.  These options include three-story flats (two floor-plan options); four story maisonettes; apartments in a seven-story tower; two-story terrace houses; and two-story detached houses.  Each unit includes laundry connections for a washer and dryer and an entry foyer with a closet.  The majority of the housing units and buildings have a north-south orientation to minimize solar gain within the units.  Large overhangs provide additional shade protection where possible
